Returns & Exchanges

Your order should make you want to get on the court, not get on the phone. If something arrives that isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right.

We’ll make it right if:

       Your item arrived with a manufacturing or print defect (misaligned graphics, stitching issues, print errors, etc.)

       Your item was damaged in transit

       You received the wrong item

       The item’s actual measurements are significantly off from our published size chart — for example, you ordered a Medium but it measures closer to an XL

We’re unable to accept returns for:

       Fit preference — if the item measures true to our size chart but doesn’t fit the way you’d hoped, that falls outside what we’re able to cover. We always recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before ordering

       Color variation from what you saw on screen — display settings vary, and printed colors can differ slightly from digital representations

       Items that have been worn, washed, or returned in any condition other than how they were received — including items with odors, staining, or signs of use

How it works:

Send your return request to hello@pickleandmain.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include the following in your email:

1.     Your order number

2.     Your reason for return

3.     One or two clear photos of the item

We review every request personally and will respond within 2–3 business days. Please do not ship anything back until you hear from us — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

What happens next:

       Defect, damage, or wrong item: Full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement — whichever you prefer

       Item measures outside our published size chart specs: Store credit or exchange; please note that return shipping costs are not covered

Sale items:

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrived defective.

Why the photo?

As a small business, photos allow us to resolve your request more efficiently and help us identify any quality issues worth addressing. A clear snapshot from your phone is all we need.
